These terms govern the use of this website. Travel services themselves are governed by the individual contract and booking confirmation issued for each trip.
Identification
This website is operated by SC PRIME TRAVEL TRADING SRL, with its registered office at Bd. Camil Ressu nr. 55, bl. N12, et. 6, ap. 27, camera 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania, trade register number J40/1888/2013, tax identification number 31232639, share capital 25.000 lei.
rotrips is the trading name under which the company operates. The tourism licence is issued to the agency PRIME TRAVEL, and contracts and invoices are issued by SC PRIME TRAVEL TRADING SRL.
Tourism licence and insolvency insurance
The company holds tourism licence no. 753, issued by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism on 23 January 2019, for an organiser-type travel agency operating exclusively online. We run no public point of sale; all business is conducted by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Under Romanian Government Ordinance no. 2/2018, travellers buying package travel are protected against the agency's insolvency by policy Seria I nr. 60075, issued by OMNIASIG VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP S.A., with 1.000 EUR of cover, valid until 18 January 2027.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation itself and are subject to supplier availability at the moment of confirmation.
Payment terms, cancellation terms and any deposit requirements are set out in the quotation and booking confirmation for each trip.
Intellectual property
The content, design and source code of this website belong to rotrips or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may address complaints to ANPC (anpc.ro) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
